Pictured from left to right is Jim Neal (National APWA Director), Billy Coleman with Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering (ICE), and Ken E. Nagel (SC APWA, Immediate Past President).   Jim and Ken are presenting the South Carolina Chapter’s “Transportation: Greater Than $75 Million” Project of the Year award to Billy.  The award is for ICE’s project, Project Gateway:  I-85/I-385 Interchange.  This project also received a National APWA Project of the Year award in the “Transportation – Greater than $75 Million” category, and represents the first award received for a South Carolina project in the past 19 years that National has been making the project awards.  Congratulations to Billy Coleman and his team at ICE, along with the design-build contractor, Flatiron – Zachary, for a project well done!

Pictured to the left of Terrence is the Honorable John Gettys, Mayor of Rock Hill.
