The South Carolina Transportation Technology Transfer Service (T3S) is one of 57 Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) centers nationwide. LTAP was established by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in 1982. Each center provides a unique range of transportation skills & expertise geared toward improving the local transportation infrastructure.

In addition to offering excellent training programs applicable to many facets of the public works profession, T3S provides organizational and technical support for SC APWA's Annual Conferences.
