Requires Bachelors degree in civil engineering/public works administration or related field and at least five years of supervisory experience working in local government, engineering, construction or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Primary responsibilities to lead, plan, and manage activities and operations of public works department; including staffing, budget and operations, solid waste management, streets, sewer and fleet management.
